El Bosc de les fades

This building with a single ground floor was commissioned by Mr. Francisco Barret Duet to the Master Builder Domingo Balet Nadal in 1878, but at the moment we do not know what it was originally used for.

In 1993 it became El Bosc de las Fades, known as the last stage of the visit to the Barcelona Wax Museum. It is an oasis in the middle of the city and the place to have a drink becomes a magical and unique experience.

In this building you will also find the ticket office and the Wax Museum shop.

The building is located in Pasaje de la Banca, which was formerly called Pasaje del Comercio, as can be seen in the original location plan by Domingo Balet. Interestingly, the two name plates of the passage are still preserved today.
