Gran Via - Muntaner Building

Located at the corner of Gran Vía de las Cortes Catalanas and Calle Muntaner we find this building with a ground floor and five floors designed by Domènec Balet y Nadal commissioned by Teresa Josefa Carreras y Gonzalez on 02/21/1884.

In the plans you can see: the chamfer of the streets, the distribution of the ground floor, the distribution of the floors, the drawing of the facade (which has not been modified respecting the longitudinal lines) and six sheds on the roof of the building .
