Urbanization Project Santaló Street with Travessera de Gràcia

Urbanization project for five "blocks" on land owned by Francisco Vilumara, between Calle Santaló and Travessera de Gracia in Barcelona in 1875.

In a first phase, permission was requested to build 8 houses with the same floor plan and floor in block 1.

The map shows the passages Torruella and Bayona as well as Calle Rosas which do not exist today and Calle del Porvenir is now called Calle del Avenir.
